Monique Lashbrook

Monique Lashbrook is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently a Partner at Snell & Wilmer since April 2021, Monique previously held the position of Real Estate Partner at Troutman Pepper from July 2020 to April 2021 and served as both a Real Estate and Corporate Attorney and Partner at Troutman Sanders LLP from August 2018 to July 2020. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at DASPIN AND AUMENT, LLP and General Counsel at Interwest Capital Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed various legal matters related to real estate transactions, corporate structures, and operational advice for multifamily and mixed-use properties. Monique also served as Deputy General Counsel for the City of San Diego, focusing on redevelopment advisory matters. Education includes a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, an MBA from St. Ambrose University, and a BA in History with a Business Administration emphasis from UCLA.
