Shawane Lee

Shawane Lee is a partner in the Natural Resources Group at Snell & Wilmer, where responsibilities include representing Pinnacle West Corporation's Arizona Public Service Company, the largest electric utility in Arizona. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for the Regulatory Law Group at Southern California Gas Company, managing cases and strategies before the California Public Utility Commission, and as Assistant General Counsel at Exelon for the Regulatory Law Group supporting PECO Energy Company in Pennsylvania. Additional experience includes roles as a trial attorney at Clemente, Mueller & Tobia, and as a litigation attorney at Weber Gallagher, handling a diverse caseload of litigation matters. Shawane Lee holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
