Bree Butner, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and cost management, currently serving as Field Office Manager and Cost Control Specialist at Snelson Companies, Inc. since July 2013. Responsibilities include daily cost tracking, payroll for over 100 employees, union contract compliance, and T&M tracking and billing. Previous roles include Proposal Manager, where Bree prepared bids and deliverables, and Payroll Specialist, responsible for multi-state payroll for up to 2,000 employees with a focus on compliance and data analysis. Bree co-owned Camano Canine Resort, performing complex accounting functions, and gained customer service experience in roles at Skagit Valley College, Appliance NW, Walgreens, and Safeway. Bree holds multiple certifications from the American Payroll Institute and degrees in Office Technology and Accounting Paraprofessional from Skagit Valley College.
