Jr Bumgarner

JR Bumgarner is an experienced operator and business owner, currently serving as the Operator/Owner of Advanced Terrain Design, INC since October 2014, where responsibilities include bidding and managing the business. JR Bumgarner also works as a Machine Operator for Snelson Companies, Inc since June 2012, focusing on right of way, clean up, and ditch tie-ins. Previous experience includes a role as a Scraper Operator at Goodfellow Bros., Inc. in August 2014, and as a Machine Operator on the Langley Gulch power plant project with Kiewit from July 2010 to September 2011. JR Bumgarner completed high school education at Cambridge High School between 2002 and 2005.
