Rachael Bird

Rachael Bird has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Rachael started their career at Winterthur Life in 1999 as an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing support and resolving technical issues. Rachael then transitioned to First Drinks Brands in 2005 as an IT User Support, before joining Boyes Turner in 2006 as an IT Support. At Boyes Turner, they held various roles including Service Delivery / Project Consultant, Project Management Officer, and finally IT Operations Manager until February 2023. Rachael is currently working at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) as the IT Services Operations Lead. Overall, Rachael has accumulated extensive experience in IT support, service delivery, project management, and IT operations.
