Rashmi Raveendran

Rashmi Raveendran is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, having served as Associate Partner and Principal Associate at SNG & Partners since July 2017. Rashmi's expertise encompasses structuring, drafting, and reviewing product documentation for various financial products, providing transaction-level advice on corporate loans, construction finance, retail loans, and online lending products in compliance with relevant regulations. Prior to this role, Rashmi was a Senior Associate at Agama Law Associates, advising clients across multiple industries and handling a range of commercial contracts. Earlier experience includes legal advisory roles at Decathlon Sports India and Krishnamurthy & Co., where Rashmi managed legal queries, conducted due diligence for M&A transactions, and drafted various agreements. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Gujarat National Law University, completed in 2010.
