Laurie Knafo

Laurie Knafo has been promoted to Senior Vice President of SNI and will assume broader responsibility for all SNI operations nationally in addition to continue leading her region. Laurie has been in the staffing industry for over 40 years and with SNI Companies for 24 of those years. She started her career as a permanent placement recruiter for Dunhill Staffing where she was consistently one of the organization’s top producers. Over the years, Laurie has mastered a variety of roles in the staffing industry including hands-on production, business development and retention, staff training and development, and area/regional management. Most recently, Laurie served as Regional Vice President for SNI Companies where she oversaw 15 SNI branches primarily on the East coast. Her strategic leadership style and her focus on implementing industry-proven processes and procedures have helped her region drive consistent growth and profitability. Laurie is looking forward to strengthening the business and forging a new path forward to further the success and growth of SNI.
