Marlin Herolaga has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and IT management. Marlin started their career in 2002 as an IT Manager and Senior Design Engineer at DENSO, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined Pentair as an IT Manager and Senior Systems Administrator for seven years. In 2014, Marlin took on the role of Senior Systems Administrator at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss before moving to Nurses Registry and Home Health the same year to serve as their Director of IT until 2016. Currently, Marlin is employed at Snohomish County 911, first as an IT Infrastructure Manager from 2016 to 2021, and then as the Director of Technology starting in April 2021.
Marlin Herolaga attended Morehead State University from 1998 to 2002. Marlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems during this time.
