Kat Wilson

Katherine Wilson is an experienced business analyst and human resources professional. Currently, in the role of Business Analyst II and Human Resources Information System Administrator at Snohomish County PUD since April 2022, Katherine administers HR processes, manages employee data, and oversees training and communication initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at JTM Construction, where responsibilities involved HRIS management, incident tracking, employee training facilitation, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Katherine also gained valuable skills as a Human Resources Intern at Spokane Public Schools and King County, where achievements included database creation, compliance auditing, and recruitment event representation. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Human Resource concentration from Gonzaga University.
