Kevin Latschaw

Kevin Latschaw is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Paine Field/Snohomish County Airport since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Project Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration from January 2010 to March 2020, overseeing airport civil engineering projects and serving as the primary contact for local governments in Oregon and Washington on airport-related issues. Kevin also has experience as a Transportation Engineer with the Washington State Department of Transportation from June 2005 to January 2010, where responsibilities included preparing cost estimates for various construction projects. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in 2005.
