Blaire Flynn

Blaire Flynn is a seasoned professional in education and outreach, currently serving as the Senior Education and Outreach Officer at SNOLAB since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing the department and enhancing access to STEM opportunities. Previous roles at SNOLAB involved communicating scientific research to educators and the community. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Biology Research Technician for the City of Greater Sudbury, conducting environmental surveys, and working as an Arts and Science Educator, developing workshops in collaboration with various educational organizations. Earlier career phases included internships focused on northern ecosystems and phytoremediation research at Cambrian College. Blaire Flynn holds an MSc in Science Communication from Laurentian University and advanced degrees in Environmental Monitoring and Biology from Cambrian College and Cape Breton University, respectively.
