Matthew Settipane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a period of several decades. Matthew currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Snorkel AI since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at OutSystems from 2019 to 2022, including Regional Vice President of Professional Services and Senior Director of Professional Services.
Before joining OutSystems, Settipane worked at Qubole as a Senior Director of Global Services from 2018 to 2019. Here, they played a crucial role in building the Professional Services organization, driving new logo and ARR growth, and implementing business operations for managing projects.
At Splunk, Settipane held several positions from 2010 to 2018. Matthew started as a Professional Services Manager and progressed to become a Director and then AVP of Professional Services. During their tenure, they led strategic initiatives that contributed to the growth of the Global Services team, achieving a 70% YoY growth and record revenues.
Settipane began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant in 2003, where they led a cross-functional team responsible for implementing the Department of Homeland Security's content management system. Matthew also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant, developing strategic measures for business units within the Department of Defense.
Prior to their consulting roles, Settipane served as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army from 1995 to 2000. In this role, they synthesized economic and political information, led reconnaissance teams, and analyzed data to forecast military movements.
Throughout their career, Settipane has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and business operations skills, contributing to the success of the organizations they have been associated with.
Matthew Settipane attended the University at Buffalo from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 1996, they briefly attended the Military Intelligence School to study Cryptology. Later on, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
