Keith Li

Keith Li has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer in various companies. Keith started their CFO role at Branson Corporate Services Inc in November 2017 and continued in this position at Pharmadrug Inc., Quinsam Capital Corporation, Psyched Wellness, Jubilee Gold Exploration Ltd, Universal PropTech Inc., Corcel Exploration Inc., US Critital Metals, Snow Lake Lithium, and Hercules Silver Corp. Keith has been continuously serving as a CFO in these companies, with their most recent appointment at Hercules Silver Corp in November 2022.

Keith Li attended McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. Keith also obtained a certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in December 2012.
