Ryan DesJardins is an accomplished game designer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Lead Game Designer at Double Rex since January 2024, Ryan focuses on core gameplay and narrative systems for an independent co-op game in development. Previously, Ryan has held senior and junior game design positions at Snowed In Studios Inc. and Ubisoft Halifax, where responsibilities included designing gameplay mechanics, level design, narrative writing, and project management utilizing tools such as Unity and Scrum methodologies. Educational background includes a Diploma in Game Design from Nova Scotia Community College and studies at St. Thomas University.
