Aimee Khuong

Aimee Khuong is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Snowflake since December 2023, Aimee previously held the title of Senior Associate at Reed Smith LLP from September 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading transactions, client communications, and mentoring junior associates. Aimee's earlier roles include legal internships at POPSUGAR and Reed Smith LLP, a paralegal position at Symantec, and significant experience as a Corporate and Securities Paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer. Aimee also contributed to community outreach initiatives at the Asian American Justice Center and enhanced internship tracking systems at UCSD Career Services. Aimee holds a B.A. in Political Science/International Studies from UC San Diego and a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
