Shrikant Shanbhag

Shrikant Shanbhag is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Snowflake since July 2021, contributing to the company's innovative Data Cloud platform. Prior to this role, Shrikant spent over a decade at Google, where responsibilities included envisioning and executing the Connected Sheets strategy as a Senior Staff Engineer, as well as leading the development of mobile teams and enhancing core features in Google Sheets. Shrikant's career began with an internship at Google and an early position as an Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS. Shrikant holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
