Joe Payne

Joe Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder at Snowhawk since 2022, Joe has held multiple board positions, including at AIM Chassis, Whiptail Midstream, Kinetik, Ezee Fiber, Atlantic Power & Utilities, and Star Leasing Company. Notably, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer - Americas and Managing Director at I Squared Capital from 2014 to 2022. Joe's education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
