Michelangelo Gesmundo began their work experience as an Account Manager Intern at Global Technical Service in January 2018. Michelangelo then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager | Electrical Linear Actuators, where they managed sales opportunities, lead generation, and the organization of the sales network. In addition, they served as a trainer for sales agents, analyzed and monitored KPIs, and streamlined sales processes. Michelangelo also took on the role of Customer Satisfaction Manager and was involved in B2B marketing, organizing fairs and events, and designing sales support materials. In 2020, they joined Exelab as a Digital Inbound Strategist Intern, where they focused on managing digital strategies for clients and guiding them in digital transformation. Michelangelo later worked as a Social Media Manager Junior at Brainpull before joining Creativi Mediterranei as a Digital Strategist & Advertiser. In 2021, they worked as a Digital Advertising Specialist | E-commerce at Webora before moving on to their current role as a Performance Marketing Manager at Snowit. In this role, they are responsible for acquiring and converting users through online marketing campaigns, optimizing their funnel and conversion path, and driving them to Snowit's website and app.
Michelangelo Gesmundo's education history is as follows:
In 2005, they completed their high school diploma in PNI at Liceo Scientifico "O. Tedone". From 2010 to 2015, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Economia aziendale/manageriale at Università degli Studi di Bari. Following that, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Laurea Specialistica degree in Marketing from 2015 to 2017.
In 2019, Michelangelo enrolled in Talent Garden Innovation School and completed a full-time Master's Degree in Digital Marketing with a field of study in Roma Ostiense. Additionally, they received several certifications to enhance their skills. These certifications include Tag Training from Club Tag Manager Italia (obtained in August 2021), Digital Marketing Full-Time Master from Talent Garden Innovation School (obtained in September 2020), and SEO Training Course: Building Sustainable Traffic for Business Growth from HubSpot Academy (obtained in May 2020).
Michelangelo also gained certifications in various aspects of user experience (UX). Michelangelo completed courses in UX Fundamentals and UX Advanced through UXBox in April and May 2020, respectively. Moreover, they obtained certifications from Google, namely Google Digital Training - Digital Marketing Fundamentals (February 2019), Google Analytics Academy - Google Analytics Advanced, Google Analytics Academy - Google Analytics for Beginners, and Google Analytics Academy - Google Tag Manager Fundamentals (all obtained in January 2020).
