Ambalika Gupta

Ambalika Gupta has a strong background in sustainability, with experience in various leadership roles. Ambalika currently holds the position of Vice President Sustainability at Snowkap since July 2022, after serving as Assistant Vice President Sustainability since August 2021. Prior to Snowkap, Ambalika worked as a Sustainability Manager at the same company starting in April 2021.

Ambalika's dedication to sustainability is evident through their involvement in several organizations. Ambalika serves as the Co-Chair and Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge since April 2022 and November 2020, respectively. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board member at Alliance for Integrity since March 2020 and an Advisory Board Member at Taru Foundation since February 2020.

Ambalika has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from July 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to their sustainability roles, Ambalika worked as a Business Development Manager at Powerweave from October 2018 to April 2021 and at Datamaran (eRevalue) from May 2017 to September 2018.

Ambalika began their career in the corporate sector as a Senior Executive Business Excellence at Mahindra Sanyo Special Steel Ltd. from May 2015 to May 2017. Before that, they gained experience as a CSR intern at Aditya Birla Group from February 2015 to April 2015.

Ambalika's teaching experience includes a role as a Senior Teacher for Economics and Management at billabong international school from February 2013 to June 2013.

Ambalika Gupta's education history is as follows:

Ambalika Gupta completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honors degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Maharani's Science College for Women - India in 2006. Ambalika then pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, which was completed in 2009.

In 2011, Ambalika Gupta obtained their M.Com degree in Economics and Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan. Later, in 2013, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Disaster Management with a specialization in Business/Managerial Economics from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. This degree was completed in 2015.

Ambalika Gupta also pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Due Diligence Practitioner from the International Due Diligence Association.

In 2020, they acquired several certifications, including the Women Corporate Leadership Certification from Iron Lady, the Climate Reality Leadership Corps Certification from The Climate Reality Project, and the M-Word Meditation Certification from Mindvalley. Additionally, they completed an Advanced Training on Climate Change from the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Ambalika Gupta has continued their academic pursuits, enrolling in a Professional Certificate Program in Supply Chain Strategy & Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which they completed in 2021. Ambalika also obtained the Global Certification in Supply Chain Management and Digitization from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in 2021.

Currently, Ambalika Gupta is enrolled at the Swiss School of Business and Management, pursuing a Doctorate in Business Management. Ambalika is expected to complete this degree in 2024.
