Fred Ricer

Fred Ricer is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in partner business development and consulting within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Partner Business Development for North America at SNP Group since January 2021, Fred also contributes to Doggett Concrete, Inc. as a member of the Board of Advisors, focusing on leveraging advanced information technology and artificial intelligence for business expansion. Prior roles include Founder and Managing Partner of Noble Stride Consulting, IT Consultant at Ferrara, and leadership positions at IBM Global Business Services, where responsibilities included developing SAP talent and delivering client services. Fred's career began at Crowe, Chizek & Co., followed by diverse roles at Sandoz, Price Waterhouse, and other firms. Fred holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
