Mascha de Wildt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Mascha currently serves as the Global Head of People at SNV, a role they started in 2022.
Before joining SNV, Mascha founded IgniteCompany in 2019. As the Founder of IgniteCompany, they specialized in "people, culture & performance" and worked towards building winning companies by reimagining HR themes in the context of technology-driven changes.
Mascha also worked at UWV from 2020 to 2022 as a Kwartiermaker/ Head of HR & Communication IV, where they played a pivotal role in shaping and leading HR and communication initiatives.
Mascha was also a Partner at Growing Your Impact from 2020 to 2022. At this boutique consultancy, Mascha focused on helping organizations in consumer goods, food, retail, healthcare, and professional services achieve sustainable growth through programs that strengthened their brand, business, and leadership capabilities.
In 2019, Mascha founded DB&B, a digital transformation agency focused on delivering digital customer experiences that drive growth and efficiency in businesses.
Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition from 2008 to 2018. As the Global Digital Director, they led digital business transformation efforts and built a corporate team to design consumer journeys and enhance CRM programs. Mascha also served as the Global eCommerce Director, responsible for creating a global eCommerce strategy and driving online sales. Additionally, they held the positions of Sales Development Manager and HR Director Baby- en Kindervoeding at Danone, where they focused on category development, field force management, and driving growth through organizational changes.
Mascha started their career as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as an HR Business Partner at De Lage Landen from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Duurstede Groep from 2000 to 2002.

Mascha de Wildt attended Utrecht University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a master's degree in social sciences. Prior to that, they studied at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Mascha de Wildt holds a Prosci certified change practitioner certification from The People Side of Change.
