Jim Duquette is a seasoned baseball analyst and executive with extensive experience in Major League Baseball. Since March 2012, Jim Duquette has served as a pre and post-game analyst for SportsNet New York (SNY) covering the New York Mets. Concurrently, Jim Duquette has been a baseball analyst for Sirius XM Radio Inc. since 2008 and contributed to MLB.com until March 2020. Prior roles include part-time color analyst and play-by-play commentator for WFAN and vice president of baseball operations for the Baltimore Orioles, where all aspects of general manager duties were shared with Mike Flanagan. Jim Duquette's foundation in baseball began with the New York Mets, where roles included general manager, assistant GM, player development director, and assistant scouting/minor leagues from 1991 to 2005. Additionally, Jim Duquette served as the director of development for the Houston Astros for a brief period. Jim Duquette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Williams College, earned from 1984 to 1988.
