Sam Sanoop

Sam Sanoop is an experienced security professional with a strong background in static analysis and security consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Security Researcher/Analyst at Snyk since April 2019, Sam specializes in creating rules for software security issues, developing proof of concepts for open-source vulnerabilities, and conducting thorough research into vulnerable code paths. Additionally, Sam holds the position of Technical Lead/CTO at Fight Division. Previous roles include Senior Security Consultant/Trainer at NotSoSecure, where Sam focused on infrastructure and application security, and security consulting positions at MWR InfoSecurity and CQrity Limited. Sam's expertise spans infrastructure, web application, cloud security, and secure development lifecycle practices.
