Kirk Pascal

Kirk Pascal is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial consulting, primarily within the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at SOAProjects, Inc., since July 2020, Kirk leads the implementation of ASC 606 standards for IPO readiness and conducts detailed contract reviews. Prior to this role, Kirk was a Senior Associate at The Siegfried Group, providing financial consulting services in the Bay Area. Previous experience includes positions at KPMG Canada as a Senior Accountant/Consultant, where business insight and compliance with accounting standards were emphasized, and as a Staff Accountant at the University of Winnipeg, where responsibilities included grading and administering exams in accounting courses. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Winnipeg and has completed CPA training with CPA Canada.
