Trent McFadden

Trent McFadden has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Trent started their career as a Business System Analyst at Capital One in 2000 and later progressed to become a Resource Allocation Manager and a Portfolio Office Analyst/Reporting Manager. In this role, they analyzed project portfolios and managed a team responsible for maintaining metrics and reporting systems. After leaving Capital One in 2006, Trent joined Gunston Restoration and Construction as an Operations Manager, where they managed cross-functional teams and optimized construction project delivery. Trent then worked at Sculpture Hospitality as the Director of Operations for the Intelitap Draft Beer Monitoring line of business, providing strategic leadership and managing customer relationships. In 2014, Trent became the Director of Operations at WealthForge, where they developed and managed operational processes for a startup financial technology company. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Client Services at RetailData, LLC, responsible for product and service delivery to major retailers. Currently, Trent is the Assistant Vice President of AbilityOne Business Services at SOAR365, managing employment opportunities for people with disabilities through the federal AbilityOne program.
