Eric has spent the last 15 years creating, implementing, and executing process in successful, high growth sales and marketing organizations. He was an early employee at GoldMine Software (now FrontRange Solutions) where he helped them grow to over 1 million users in 5 years, and then moved on to help Neverfail Inc grow from 0 to $20m in revenue in it's first 3 years. In 2010, Eric joined the executive team at ReachForce where he lead sales to 100% growth year over year and a funding round while transitioning from a services company to a software company.
Returning to Neverfail in 2012 as VP of Global Sales & Marketing, Eric lead the team out of a sales decline and into 5 quarters of quarter on quarter and year on year growth, while decreasing cost of sales significantly. The common theme along the way was the ability to quickly identify how and why a company wins, put a process in place to ensure repeatable success, and align CRM and Marketing Automation technologies to the process - ensuring consistent delivery, success and reportability.
