Christian Thomas

Christian Thomas has extensive experience in contract management and procurement. Christian currently holds the position of Director of Contracts and Procurement at Soar Technology, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Contracts and Proposal Development at AAR Corporation, Airlift Group, Inc. from August 2012 to November 2019.

Before joining AAR Corporation, Christian worked at DynCorp International as a Sr. Manager of Contracts from September 2010 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing Contracts Administration, Proposal Management, Trade Compliance, Subcontracts, and Project Management.

From January 2006 to September 2010, Christian worked at DRS Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. Contracts Manager. Christian played a pivotal role in the pursuit, capture, implementation, and management of contracts within the Platform Expansion vertical line. During this time, the business line experienced significant growth, with annual revenue exceeding $200 million.

Christian began their career in contract management at Harris Corporation in September 1996, where they worked for nearly 10 years. Christian held positions of increasing responsibility and gained experience working with various customers, including the U.S. government.

Christian's career in contract management started in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Contracts Manager from September 1989 to September 1996.

Christian Thomas has a Master of Science degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management, which they obtained from Florida Institute of Technology in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education Training and Development at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1996.
