Francis Alfred

Francis Alfred is the current Managing Director and CEO of Sobha Realty. Francis has held this position since June 2016. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Development at Sobha Realty from June 2014 to May 2017. Francis was also the Deputy Managing Director at Sobha Engineering & Contracting LLC from September 2012 to May 2014, and the Vice President of Operations at Sobha Engineering & Contracting LLC from June 2011 to August 2012. Francis has been with Sobha Ltd. since December 2001, where they started as a Management Trainee and progressed to Project Manager, General Manager of Projects, Vice President of Projects, and Senior Vice President of Projects.

Francis Alfred completed a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Annamalai University. Francis then went on to study at Sacred Heart College and CCPLM Anglo Indian School. Francis has also received certification from NICMAR.
