Kimberly Thompson

Kimberly Thompson is a seasoned professional with significant experience in risk management, safety compliance, and human resources. Currently serving as the Risk, Safety, & Fleet Manager at Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection since January 2018, Kimberly has successfully managed risk and insurance programs and reduced workplace injuries through effective safety training. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as an HR Compliance Coordinator at Genesis from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included validating hiring statuses and reviewing employee background reports. Kimberly began a career at Comcast Corporation Xfinity as an Administrative Assistant from 2009 to 2015, providing administrative support and assisting in various HR functions. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University, completed in 2008.
