Allison Dell

Allison Dell has diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of Human Resources, Talent and Learning, and People and Culture. Allison is currently employed at SOCAN as the Senior Vice President, People and Culture since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cineplex from 2015 to 2023, where they held positions such as Head Of Human Resources, Vice President of Talent and Learning, Executive Director of Talent and Learning, and Director of Learning and Development. Before joining Cineplex, Allison worked at Dell Performance Solutions as a Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2015. Allison also has experience working at D+H, RGA International, Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd., and Canada Trust in various management and training positions.

Allison Dell began their education journey in 1992 when they enrolled at Queen's University. Allison pursued a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy and successfully completed their studies in 1996. Following this, Allison continued their academic pursuits at George Brown College from 2000 to 2002. During this period, they obtained a Certificate in Instructing Adults.
