Sarah Dwyer-Shick

Sarah Dwyer-Shick is a dedicated professional in the sports field with extensive experience in coaching and sports management. Currently serving as the Liaison to Advisory Groups at Soccer Parenting since May 2021, Sarah also founded The Sports Bra Project in January 2017, which focuses on increasing sports access for women and girls by providing essential sports bras. As the Owner of SJI Training since 2005, Sarah offers goalkeeper and team training and coordinates events in the NY area. Additional leadership roles include Director of Coaching for the East Fishkill Soccer Club, Executive Director at LaGrange Soccer Club, and Division Head Coach at Rye Youth Soccer Club. Sarah’s background also includes coaching positions at various levels and organizations, such as Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Dutchess Community College and Technical Director of Goalkeeping at Downtown United Soccer Club. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in American Studies/Exercise & Sports Studies from Smith College, a Master's degree in Management Science with a focus on Sports Management from the University of Denver, and further education at The George Washington University.
