Giovana Bressani has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and art direction. Giovana started their career as a graphic journalism trainee at Folha de S.Paulo, where they gained experience in diagramming and producing infographics for the print newspaper. Giovana then moved on to work as a digital media designer at Editora Rocky Mountain, where they focused on adapting magazines for digital platforms using InDesign and After Effects. Giovana also worked as a motion graphic designer at Consumoteca and as a graphic design intern at Sociabble.
In 2019, Giovana joined Sociabble as a creative designer and later transitioned to the role of junior art director. Giovana is currently working as a senior art director at Sociabble. Additionally, in 2022, they took on the role of creative art director at Masters of Comms, a podcast company focused on employee communication.
Throughout their career, Giovana has gained experience in various design tools and techniques, including motion designing and video editing. Giovana has also pursued additional training in vector drawing, data journalism, and law courses to enhance their creative and technical skills.
Giovana Bressani completed a Master's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design at the University of Strasbourg from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, which they completed from 2009 to 2014.
