Lisa Bridges

Lisa Bridges serves as the AVP of People & Workplace Culture and Sr. Program Manager at SAY San Diego, where responsibilities include managing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention programs in North Central San Diego. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Project Coordinator for CASA for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods, leading initiatives to reduce youth substance abuse in Santee, California. Lisa also has over 12 years of experience as a Career Services Specialist at Grossmont Union High School District, focusing on case management for disadvantaged youth and program development. Earlier in Lisa's career, a role as Customer Service Manager at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company involved managing a call center and streamlining workflows. Lisa holds an M.A. in Christian Studies with a focus on Urban Ministry from Grand Canyon University and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
