Aathira Jayaraj has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Aathira started their career at Bank of America as a Customer Service Associate in 2008. Aathira then worked as a Business Development Officer at Yeskay Constructions in 2010 before joining HSBC as an Account Opening Officer in 2010-2011.

In 2013, Aathira had a summer internship at TAS before joining TITAN COMPANY LIMITED as a TAS Manager for Titan Skinn (Sales) in 2014. Aathira also worked at Roots Corporation Limited as a TAS Manager for Business Development in 2014-2015.

In 2015, Aathira had multiple roles. Aathira worked at Tata CLiQ as a TAS Manager (Omni channel and Order Fulfilment) for a short period before joining Social Alpha as part of the start-up team. At Social Alpha, they undertook various responsibilities including program management, partnerships, and strategic planning. Aathira also partnered with GOI and Tata Power to conceptualize and roll out the Clean Energy International Incubation Centre.

In 2015-2021, Aathira worked at Tata Trusts as a Program Manager for Institutions, Innovations, and Entrepreneurship. Aathira played a vital role in managing programs and initiatives related to nutrition.

Most recently, Aathira Jayaraj became the Director and Principal of Strategic Partnerships and Outreach at Social Alpha in 2022.

Aathira Jayaraj completed their education history by attending various institutions. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a PGP degree at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, specializing in an undisclosed field of study. Prior to that, they attended Osmania University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a B.Com Honours degree in Accounting and Finance, with a focus on Human Resources. Starting in 2004 and ending in 2006, Aathira Jayaraj attended Chinmaya Vidyalaya, where they studied Basic Sciences and Mathematics.
