George Glover has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. George co-founded Social Garden in 2012 and served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2020. In this role, George implemented enterprise marketing automation technology and performance social marketing to enhance revenue and customer experience for clients. George specialized in high-value and considered purchase markets such as property developers, higher education, automotive, B2B technology companies, and financial services. George also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Social Garden from 2012 to 2019.

In 2018, Social Garden acquired urban.com.au, a residential apartment and townhouse development platform, where George served as an Executive Director. Additionally, George worked as a Strategic Advisor for Snaplistings, a real estate and lifestyle media channel, after its acquisition by Social Garden in 2018. George collaborated with US property development firms in advising their leadership teams on customer experience and data-driven projects.

Recently, George became a member of YPO, a premier global leadership organization that connects chief executives around the world. Through YPO, George engages with influential business leaders to inspire impact in business, personal, family, and community domains.

In their earlier career, George worked as a Social Media Consultant at Social Ted Media, where they advised clients on strengthening their online presence through social media. George also designed and developed marketing campaigns for various clients, including CoverGirl, Only Organics, Drambuie, Jagermeister, Turners, Natureland, and Christchurch City Council.

Prior to that, George had a role as a Media Developer at Big Picture Billboards, focusing on brand development, search engine optimization, website traffic growth, and graphic design. George worked with local companies, designing billboard and bus advertising for establishments like Robbies Bar & Bistro, Tradestaff, EVIP, and Willowbank.

George Glover's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Christchurch Boy's High School. During their time there, they studied English, Painting, Design, Art History, and Classics. After graduating from high school in 2006, George went on to pursue further education.

In 2008, George enrolled at the CPIT School of Art & Design, where they completed a Bachelor of Design. Throughout their degree program, George focused on Mass Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, and Web Development & Design. George successfully graduated from CPIT in 2010.

Seeking to expand their knowledge in web development, George attended Natcoll Design Technology in 2010. During their time at Natcoll, which lasted until 2011, George obtained a Diploma in Web Development. Their studies at Natcoll involved HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

More recently, in 2017 and 2019, George pursued online courses offered by Harvard Business School. In 2017, they completed a course titled "Leading with Finance," followed by a course on "Disruptive Strategy" in 2019.
