Joanna Benadrete

Joanna Benadrete is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and health and food technology. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager for Commerce & F&B at Endeavor since March 2024, Joanna also works as a Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital and as an Angel Investor at Humanity Inc. since 2020. Joanna founded Well With Yael, focusing on new projects in health and FoodTech, and previously led Days Off Bites as Founder & CEO until December 2023. Other notable roles include Venture Associate & Accelerator Program Manager at Big Idea Ventures and Venture Analyst at Loeb.nyc. Joanna's early career included positions as a Student Consultant at Susan G. Komen and co-founding Wired Up Shirts, an athletic apparel startup. Joanna holds a degree from Babson College and is a Certified Integrative Nutritionist from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
