Aminu Abdu Bichi

Aminu Abdu Bichi, Ph.D., serves as a Senior MEL Specialist (Education) for Social Impact on the USAID-Nigeria MEL Support Activity since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an International Consultant for UNICEF, where development of a National Action/Strategy Plan for Majalis integration into formal education was undertaken, and as an Education Consultant supporting the Girls Education Project Phase 3. Previous consultancy roles include significant contributions at Impact(Ed) International and the National Commission for Nomadic Education. Aminu has a strong background in education systems, research methodologies, and the implementation of national educational programs, particularly related to the integration of non-formal and traditional education frameworks. Aminu holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Bayero University, Kano, along with a Master's degree in the same field.
