Rosemary Ebere Okafor

Rosemary Ebere Okafor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation within various organizations. Currently serving as a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Specialist at Social Impact since September 2021, Rosemary previously held the position of Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist at DevTech Systems, Inc. from November 2017 to September 2021. Rosemary's experience also includes a significant tenure at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where roles ranged from Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to Program Assistant from March 2010 to October 2017. Rosemary holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from the University of Liverpool (2014-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
