Sheila Simms

Sheila Simms has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Sheila began their career in 1999 at Associated Bank, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President. Sheila then moved on to Cosmopolitan Bank as an Assistant Vice President from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked at Charter One as a Vice President in 2005-2006. Sheila joined Commonwealth Bank in 2006 as a Business Banker and later became a Relationship Manager at Bankwest from 2007 to 2010. At Commonwealth Bank, they held multiple roles including Analyst from 2010 to 2013 and Relationship Manager from 2013 to 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Devon Bank as an Assistant Credit Manager and Assistant Vice President. Sheila then joined CIBC US as an Associate Managing Director from 2018 to 2022. Most recently, they have been working at First Women's Bank as a Credit Officer since 2022, and they will be joining T Bank N.A. as a Vice President of Credit Administration in 2023.

Sheila Simms earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 1994.
