Gill Arukpe serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer for Social Interest Group since October 2014, focusing on equitable access to housing, health, and social care. Concurrently, Gill holds the position of CEO within the Social Interest Group, including roles in Penrose and Equinox Care, striving to enhance support for staff and empower service users. As Chief Executive of Penrose since April 2009, Gill emphasizes innovation and effective rehabilitation services for offenders. Previous positions include Business Director and National Director for Learning Disabilities at Turning Point, and Director of Operations and Development at Novas Scarman Group. Gill has an extensive background in developing social support services, originating from a career that began at Shelter. Education was completed at St Julians Secondary Modern from 1971 to 1977.
