David Chater

David Chater is currently serving as the Head of Systems Improvement at Social Investment Business. With a background in journalism and extensive experience in policy and public affairs within the nonprofit sector, David has also held roles such as Senior Consultant at Economic Change CIC, Associate at BE Group, and Adviser at Power to Change Trust. Additionally, David has expertise in managing funds and supporting innovative approaches in social care programs during their tenure at the Department for Education. David holds a Master of Science in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
