Stephanie Fikisz, CSMIE

Stephanie Fikisz, CSMIE has been working in the field since 2010. Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Manager at Hot Spot Salon in 2010. In 2012, they moved on to become a Loss Prevention Associate at Sears Holdings Corporation. In 2013, Stephanie began working as a Surveillance Agent/Investigator at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. In 2018, they joined SMI Aware as an OSINT Investigative Analyst and was later promoted to Lead OSINT Investigative Analyst.

Stephanie Fikisz's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections obtained from PennWest California in 2012, and a high school diploma from North Hills Senior High School in 2008. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained numerous certifications, including a Certified Social Media Intelligence Expert (CSMIE) from McAfee Institute in 2019, a Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms from the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office in 2011, a Certified Social Media Intelligence Analyst (CSMIA) from McAfee Institute in 2018, and a Pennsylvania Gaming License from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in 2013. Stephanie has also completed additional certifications such as How to work with Informants in Retail Loss Prevention, Investigations on the Deep Web, Social Media Investigations Methodologies, Active Shooter: What you can do, Diversity Training, Responsible Gaming Training, and Title 31: SAR/AML Incident Report Awareness Training.
