Christine Miranda is a professional with a diverse background in community organizing, research, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Just Tech Fellow at the Social Science Research Council since July 2022, Christine has been a Community Organizer for Movimiento Cosecha since February 2017 and a Staff Partner at Social Movement Technologies since November 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Researcher for the Fulbright Program and a Workforce ESOL Instructor at CASA de Maryland. Christine’s early career includes positions such as Shelter Manager and Resource Advocacy Coordinator at Craig's Doors, Research Assistant at Amherst College, and internships at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and American Studies from Amherst College.
