Shahla Mack

Shahla Mack has a diverse work experience beginning in 1990. Shahla started their career as a Primary School Teacher at Dyer Street School, where they worked from 1990 to 1991. Shahla then moved to Levin Intermediate School and worked as a Primary School Teacher from 1992 to 1994.

In 2012, Shahla joined RMP Construction Services Ltd as an Accounts Payable/HR professional and stayed with the company until 2013.

From 2014 to 2021, Shahla worked at the Crown Commercial Service. Shahla started as a Recruitment Assistant in 2014 and later became a Recruitment Specialist from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they transitioned into the role of Sourcing Specialist before becoming a Category Specialist for Crown Hosting ICT from 2017 to 2019. Their final role at the Crown Commercial Service was as a Category Specialist for Marketing Communications & Research from 2019 to 2021.

Presently, Shahla is employed at the Social Value Portal. Shahla joined the company as a Procurement Executive focusing on Social Value in November 2021 and later became a Senior Procurement Manager in November 2022.

Shahla Mack obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, they completed a Diploma of Teaching at Wellington College of Education.
