Roman T.

Roman T. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Roman started their career as a freelancer in 2012, working as a lawyer until 2014. Roman then worked at the legal company "CLS" as a Senior Associate and later as an Associated Partner, specializing in contract law, corporate law, and litigation. In 2016, Roman joined Agrostar as the General Counsel, focusing on international trade and transportation in the agriculture industry. Following that, they worked at the National University "Odessa Law Academy" as a Teaching Assistant and later as an Assistant Professor, teaching courses on business law and commercial contract law. Roman also participated in international programs for the development of innovations in education, science, and technology. Roman then served as the Head of Legal at TapMedia, where they provided legal support for digital marketing, ad tech, and software development. At AEQUO Law Firm, Roman worked as an Associate, specializing in M&A, corporate, and commercial practice, with a focus on the TMT industry and personal data protection. Currently, Roman is employed at TENTENS.tech, where they started as a Compliance Officer, then became the Head of Compliance, and is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer.

Roman T. obtained a Master's degree in Law from the National University "Odessa Law Academy" from 2008 to 2013. Roman continued their education at the same institution and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Law, which they completed in 2017. After that, Roman attended ILTI (Institute of Law, Technology & Innovation) from 2017 to 2018, focusing on IT-law. Roman also received additional certifications, including one from Genesis Tech's Genesis Business School (year undisclosed) and another as an Attorney at Law from the Bar Council of Odesa Region in 2018.
