Matthew McKendry

Matthew McKendry has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Matthew currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Societal™ CDMO, formerly known as Recro, since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Avantor as the Director of External Reporting from November 2017 to June 2020, where they led reporting for two IPOs and implemented effective internal control systems. Before Avantor, they held the position of Director of External Reporting at VWR from March 2014 to November 2017. Matthew also has experience as the Director of Reporting and FP&A at UniTek Global Services from May 2012 to March 2014 and as the Manager of Financial Reporting at VWR International from September 2010 to May 2012. Matthew started their career at Ernst & Young in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Manager for eight years, gaining extensive experience in audit and financial reporting for various companies in the life sciences, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

Matthew McKendry attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In September 2004, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
