Shweta Sinkar

Shweta Sinkar is a skilled Senior Scientist at Societal™ CDMO, with extensive experience in preformulation, formulation development, and clinical manufacturing of both aseptic and non-aseptic formulations. Since September 2019, Shweta has been involved in the process development of complex formulations and has demonstrated strong project management capabilities by effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Shweta collaborates closely with U.S. government contracts and plays a critical role in advancing new chemical entities towards Phase 1 trials. Previous positions include Scientist at Cellics Therapeutics, and roles ranging from Scientist I to Senior Research Investigator at Population Council. Shweta began a postdoctoral research position at the University of Utah after earning a PhD in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Rhode Island.
