Alice Daviot

Alice Daviot is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in production and continuous improvement within the agro-food industry. Currently serving as Manager Projets Developpement at Le Gouessant since March 2021, Alice has been pivotal in enhancing production capacity at Vetinnov. Prior roles include serving as a LEAN methodology referent at Sodebo, and various positions at Jacquet Brossard - Groupe Limagrain, where Alice facilitated continuous improvement projects, managed production lines, and led teams. Alice’s foundational experience includes internships focusing on production improvement and engineering support, complemented by academic credentials from Polytech Lille and University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, culminating in an engineering degree in agro-food industries.
