Sylvain Lefebvre

Sylvain Lefebvre is an experienced analyst and UX strategist with a diverse background in web and mobile applications. Currently serving as an Analyste d’affaire et concepteur/stratège UX web et mobile at SAQ since September 2011, Sylvain is responsible for the product ownership of transaction-based mobile applications. Previous roles include Internet Project Manager and UX Designer at Bell Web Solutions, where project management and web development were key responsibilities, and Team Lead, Information Architect at Sidlee, overseeing project estimation, resource management, and usability best practices. Sylvain also held the position of Internet Senior Project Manager at Nurun, focusing on various web projects, and contributed to interactive multimedia projects at Vidéotron. Sylvain's educational background includes a Master's degree in Education with a focus on instructional technology and a Bachelor's in Communication/Advertising from Université de Montréal.
