Justin Sirpilla

Justin Sirpilla has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Justin began their career as an Associate Consultant at Capco in 2012, followed by a role as Director of Sales & Marketing Analytics at Camping World and Good Sam in 2014. In the same year, they also began working as Director of Operations at Marcus Lemonis LLC, where they were tasked with overseeing operations of a 4 company portfolio with over 150 employees. In 2016, they moved to Lippert Components, Inc. as Manager of Corporate Development and M&A. In 2017, Justin joined Proactive Risk Solutions as VP Business Development, where they led the development of new business lines & sales channels, M&A, system implementation, and other strategic initiatives. In 2018, they began working at Vensure Employer Services as Chief Corporate Development Officer and SVP of Mergers and Acquisitions. Most recently, in 2021, Justin became President and Co-Founder of Society Brands.

Justin Sirpilla received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University between 2008 and 2011.
